TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between CARRIE STUDIO (the "Author") and any visitor of the website https://carrie.framer.website (the "User"). By using the website or making a purchase, the User confirms their agreement to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Subject Matter
The Author offers for sale digital works (the "Files") personally created by the Author. All Files are subject to copyright and are protected under international law.
3. Purchase Process
The User selects a File on the website. To complete payment, the User is redirected to the Telegram bot of the Tribute service, where the payment is made. Upon successful payment, Tribute sends the User a link or the File for download via Telegram. The website does not have a shopping cart and does not store any of the User's order or payment data — all transactions are handled by Tribute and its payment partners.
4. Prices
Prices are listed on the website in U.S. dollar. The Author reserves the right to change prices at any time; such changes do not apply to orders that have already been paid for.
5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not provided after the File has been delivered. A refund is possible if: the payment has been processed but the File has not been delivered for technical reasons; the File is corrupted or does not match its description and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period of time.
For EU users: by making a purchase, the User gives explicit consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal from the contract (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Refund requests should be sent to art.carrie@icloud.com. Refunds are processed taking into account the policies of the Tribute service.
6. License to Use
Upon purchase, the User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the File in accordance with the selected license type.
Personal (Non-Commercial) License. Permitted: to use the File for personal purposes; to print for personal use; to post on personal social media accounts with attribution to the Author; to use as wallpaper, an avatar, or a personal decorative element. Any commercial use is prohibited.
Commercial License. Permitted: to use the File in the Buyer's commercial projects (website, advertising, brand social media, printed materials, video, applications); to use in the design of products for sale with a print run of up to [for example, 5,000] copies.
Prohibited under any license: reselling the File or distributing it as a standalone product (including as part of stock libraries, bundles, templates, or NFTs); using it in materials that violate the law, incite hatred, or contain pornography, scenes of violence, or the exploitation of minors; registering the File or any substantial part of it as a trademark; using it to train artificial intelligence models without separate written permission from the Author; claiming authorship.
Any breach of the license terms automatically terminates the license without a refund of any amounts paid.
7. Intellectual Property of the Website
All materials on the website (design, texts, image previews) belong to the Author. Copying and use without permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Files are provided "as is." The Author's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific File. The Author is not responsible for the operation of the Tribute service, Telegram, or any payment providers.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [your country]. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, disputes shall be brought before the court at the Author's location, unless otherwise required by the mandatory consumer protection rules of the User's country of residence.
10. Changes
The Author reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The current version is published on the website. Purchases are governed by the version in effect at the time of payment.
